I work from intuition; it is my greatest ally when I meet creation. I have inhabited the body for as long as I can remember, and I believe the greatest gift or lesson it has given me is the ability to observe and act from a natural, projected, and organic instinct.
I create from what deeply connects me, from what moves and transcends my surroundings.
I am an artist because creation is my way of being in the world—a language that runs through me and gives meaning.
Along the way, play has become a vital tool and a powerful act of resistance: a way to keep wonder alive, to not forget, to nurture the curiosity that lives in the body.
From that place—where the body plays, observes, and feels—I recognize that my art will always be born from my roots, from the ability to be a channel to make visible the environment that gave me so much nourishment.
